Tier Credits are evaluated on a rolling 12-month period. Players may move up during any month of the year based on a rolling 12-month calendar. Three times per year – January, May, and September – tier level evaluations will take place. Players will be moved to their qualifying tier level based on the most recent 12-month period. If your card tier level moves down – don’t worry! You can move back up any time during the year based on the most recent 12 months!
