- Why are you changing the Portal?
- We have upgraded your player portal for enhanced security and convenience. You will see more information and user-friendly features when you re-register.
- How do I access this upgraded Portal?
- It’s easy! Just go to our website and click on the Players Portal button near the top right. Follow the prompts to register a new username and password. After this you will be sent an email. Make sure you go back and click the link in the email to verify your email address.
- Is an email address required?
- Yes, an email address is required. It is usually a free and simple process to sign up for this through a provider of your choice.
- Can I share an email address with someone else in my household for the Portal?
- No. The upgraded security features will require each Players Club member to provide a unique email address.
- What benefit do I get from the upgraded portal?
- Aside from increased security, you will have visibility to more offers and invitations, and you will see more user-friendly features. Also, beginning the day after you register, you will receive DOUBLE your Players Club fuel discounts through Labor Day! (September 2, 2024).
- What if I just reset my password or just signed up?
- If you registered prior to August 12, please go in and re-register for the upgraded portal.
- Can someone here at the Casino help me do this?
- Absolutely! The Players Club (or Diamond & Platinum Club) would be happy to assist you.
