POKER RULES



- Must be 21 or older to play Poker.
- The Poker Room is smoke-free.
- No cellular phones allowed in gaming areas.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed in gaming areas.
- Table stakes rules apply in all games.Example: Players may not remove chips or cash from the table unless they are cashing out.
- Check and raise are permitted in all games except Low-Ball.
- One bet and three raises is allowed per betting round; no limit to raises when only two players remain.
- Completing an opening forced bet does not count as a raise.
- Cards speak.Example: In the event a player announces a hand incorrectly, the visible hand speaks for actual value.
- The wrong number of cards constitutes a dead hand. Example: Players with more or fewer cards than the hand requires.
- String raises or bets are illegal.Example: Players betting less than the bet or raise demands or do not announce raise, are called by the dealer.
- Players are responsible for protecting their own hands and their right to action. Any irregularities concerning poker hands must be brought to the floor supervisor’s attention prior to the next shuffle.
- Only English may be spoken during play.
- The house accepts no responsibility for chips or money left on the gaming tables.
- Players are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. No profanity allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Players must buy-in ten times the initial bet to start. They are allowed one short Buy-in after every full Buy. NOTE: A player may add chips to his or her stack on the table, but the full Buy, short Buy is still in effect.
- Only the floor supervisor decides when to open a table and the limit of the game.
- No chip racks are allowed on the table.Example: If a player wants to change seats or color up, the floor supervisor should be notified and assist the player.
- No solicitation by players not seated in a game, or seated players trying to break a game in play for another game or limit.
- Players who want to dine in the Resort outlets may take a half-hour for dinner, with a 15-minute grace period. Also, players may take a 10-minute break every hour. Players receive one call to return to seat.
- Third Man Walking Rule: When there are two players away from the table at one time, the third person has until the blinds pass no more than once before having their chips removed from the table. Their names are placed at the bottom of the waiting list.
- Management and floor supervisor reserve the right to make decisions which are in the best interest of the game. Management’s decisions are final.
- Management reserves the right to alter or cancel rules, policies and promotions at any time.
